degree from UCLA and completed a Comprehensive Residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a fellow
in General Anesthesia, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is an anesthesia consultant for the Texas Department
of Mental Health & Mental Retardation and The VA Medical Center. He maintains a private anesthesiology practice in
the D/FW area.

Pediatric Enteral
Sedation Course in Wichita, KS (Under 12 years old; next program is Thursday, Friday & Saturday,
October 21-23, 2010). Completion of this program will satisfy the
requirements for both adult and pediatric permits. COURSE
NOTE: Both programs are approved by the Kansas Board of Dentistry. This course is presented
in association with the Kansas Dental Association and, as such, a member discount is in force for this programs. Undiscounted
2 day fee is $1,160. KDA member 2 day fee is $1050. Undiscounted 3 day fee is $1,500. KDA member 3 day
fee is $1350.
